At the annual general meeting on 20 May 2008 shareholders resolved the following with regard to agenda item 6:
to appoint the auditing firm Ernst & Young as auditor of the separate and consolidated financial statements for financial year 2008.
The auditing firm Ernst & Young has been judicially appointed as auditor of the seperate and consolidated financial statements for financial year 2009.
