Our business model rests upon the three pillars of ground rent concepts, consulting and sales. The strategy is designed to bundle Vivacon AG’s core competencies for service providing and for proprietary investment in ground rent properties. Having introduced the niche segment of ground rent, we are the market leader in Germany. We intend to further consolidate on this competitive lead.
