After finishing law school, Marco Meyer began his career in 1994 with the Cologne law firm Rodert & Adenauer, specialising in real estate transactions. Since 1998, Mr. Meyer has been managing director of a number of Vivacon AG subsidiaries and a top-level officer within the corporation. For 15 years now he has been dealing exclusively with the complex fields of acquisition, financing, management and sales of real estate and ground rent properties, and in November 2009 was made CEO, charged with running the business operations of Vivacon AG.

After having worked for many years at a number of real estate firms, holding management positions for example at Concordia Bau and Boden AG, Cologne; Manuela Voigt joined Vivacon AG in 2007 as head of development financing. Now Ms. Voigt's managerial responsibilities also extend to strategic issues.

Jens Bertrams has been a real estate transaction specialist at Vivacon AG since 2004. As executive assistant and project leader he has been involved in all strategic and operational real estate aspects, playing an instrumental role in the purchase and sale of over 40,000 housing units. As Director of Acquisition & Consulting he is responsible for acquisition partnerships and consulting services for real estate and ground rent. Mr. Bertrams holds a business degree from Münster University.

Dirk Hansen came on board Vivacon AG in 2005. Holding degrees in land and residential property management and real estate economics, Mr. Hansen has brought his expansive experience in portfolio purchasing to bear in the position of Director of Sales since 2009. He is now additionally in charge of Vivacon AG transactions.

After completing a banking apprenticeship and graduating in business studies, Mr. Rey began working in human resources at midsized firms, and for fifteen of the last twenty years has been an HR director for real estate companies. He came on board Vivacon AG in July 2007 as a Director of Human Resources & Organisational Structures.

Holding a business degree and certification as a Real Estate M&A Advisor (EBS), Michael Schroeder has been with Vivacon AG since 2004. Before joining the firm he worked in valuation and transaction consulting. As Director of Ground Rent & Financing Mr. Schroeder is responsible for preparing and executing real estate transactions under ground rent conditions, extending to the related services of administration, management and financing of real estate and ground rent properties.

Holding degrees in engineering and architecture, Mr. Schwarzer first worked several years at an architecture firm prior to an extensive tenure in construction project management for a subsidiary of consulting firm Kienbaum Unternehmensberatung. Mr. Schwarzer came to Vivacon AG in June 2001, and today holds the position of Technical Director.

Ms. Aggül has been with Vivacon AG since 2008, and is now Executive Assistant. Trained in law firm administration, Ms. Aggül worked for many years at a publishing house as an editorial and lectorate assistant.
