Since being founded in 1997, Vivacon AG has developed into an established property group with an integrated range of services. In addition to its headquarter in Cologne, the company is also represented at the investment location of Berlin.

The dynamic growth of Vivacon AG is reflected in the expansion of the workforce in the last three years. Today, the property specialist employs around 120 staff mostly in its headquarter in Cologne. Through its 80percent participation in the property manager Curanis, a further 600 staff members are employed across Germany at over 250 locations.

The relocation of the headquarter in October 2008 to the first commercial property development by Vivacon in the Rheinau Docks (Rheinauhafen) in Cologne and thus the pulsating location of the city at the river Rhine is also an expression of the successful development of Vivacon AG.
